The mission of the East Portland Land Use & Transportation Committee is to examine land use planning and zoning, and transportation issues which impact our service area.

The committee's role is to support less experienced land use people from individual neighborhoods, bring the support and resources of all 13 EPNO Neighborhood Associations to bear on issues from our common area of the City, and assist those Neighborhood Associations who find it difficult to recruit land use committee members.

The Committee can offer mutual support and assistance in land use matters that will reduce the possibility of bad development or development that reduces the livability of our shared East Portland area.
